ICBES CONFERENCE – Nigara Falls Canada - October 4th -7th 2011

Registration fee:
IABES MEMBER OR FIRST TIME PARTICIPANT AT AN ICBES OR ECBES CONFERENCE:
Received before 31st August 2011 - CDN $ 525.00
Received after 31st August 2011 -CDN $ 575.00

NON IABES MEMBER:
Received before 31st August 2011 - CDN $ 625.00
Received after 31st August 2011 -CDN $ 675.00

Registration includes all conference transportations, attractions, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners (including closing banquet), taxes and gratuities

NON-DELEGATE PARTICIPANT (guests of either registered IABES members or registered non-members):
Received before 31st August 2011 - CDN $ 485.00
Received after 31st August 2011 - CDN $ 525.00

The registration for the guest will include: Tuesday evening social at the Butterfly Conservatory; Wednesday dinner at Queen Victoria Park Restaurant; Thursday lunch at Queen Victoria Park Restaurant, tour of NPC attractions, and dinner at Elements restaurant; and Friday tour to Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory, lunch, afternoon winery tour, and closing banquet at Queenston Heights Restaurant. 

.Not included: accommodations, breakfast and air port transportation and any other service which has not been specified as is not included.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by Certified Cheques or Money Orders in Canadian Fundsor by Credit Card. Please do not use a bank draft as significant fees are incurred at the receivers end. Please note senders are responsible for all bank charges and currency conversion fees. ICBES or the Niagara Parks Commission will not pay these fees!

Upon receipt of your application you will be sent via email detailed information on how to submit conference fee payments completing the application process. A letter of payment acknowledgement will be sent to verify the transaction or payment receipt.
